Cecil Rosner: I am the managing editor of CBC Manitoba. I am also the author of Behind the Headlines: A History of Investigative Journalism in Canada (Oxford University Press). I have a particular interest in the issue of wrongful convictions. I am co-author of When Justice Fails: The David Milgaard Story (McClelland and Stewart). I also teach investigative journalism at the University of Winnipeg.
